Due to the perishable nature of our Açaí products, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement. Please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
Return Process

Examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all frozen items are intact and the dry ice has performed as expected.

Take clear photos of any damaged packaging, incorrect items, or quality concerns to include with your resolution request.

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and documentation to start the review process.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
